The staff here is amazing. Everyone was so helpful. The room had a beautiful view, the beds comfortable, even with the furniture a little outdated it gave you an old European feel. And it was so quite. We never heard a door slam or people rolling their suitcases down the hall. The location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance, and all the tourist attractions easy to get to as well as feeling very safe even late at night. If there was one thing I think they could do, is include breakfast, but maybe that's a Venetian thing. Id like to give a shout out to the young Croatian doorman who went above and beyond. We'd stay here again if we came back.

We have stayed here three times now and I provided an earlier review last year. This hotel is an excellent location for a short break in Vienna with stunning views over the city at a height far above the traffic, guaranteeing a quiet night's sleep. It was good to see that the restaurant was now open for breakfast and the provision of afternoon cake and coffee was extremely welcome after a few hours sightseeing. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will be back.

+ Amazing view of the city from the balcony of your own room + good location, right at the center of the city and near a park. + clean rooms and comfortable beds + quarter bathroom is clean, but I think you need to request for other toiletries like toothbrush, shaving kit, etc. + nice staff at the reception - Elevators are small - No bidet Highly recommended hotel.

Great balcony, awesome view. Very nice staff. Near the center of innerstadt, you can visit by feet very easily. Good breakfast. All the hotel is really clean. Blankets for everyone on the balcony. I have loved this trip !
